We reached out to Linda when our 2.5 year old was waking early and fighting naps.

Our goal was to get her to nap consistently if possible. Linda gave us so many tools and suggestions to get her sleeping well, as it turned out she was dropping her naps. However, Linda still helped us in achieving full night sleep, eliminated early waking and taught us to offer naps when needed which was a game changer for us.
